As your dentist, Dr. Rachel Breining was born and raised in Neenah, WI. She attended Gustavus Adolphus College where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Chemistry. She went on to attend Marquette University School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2020. After graduating from Marquette, Dr. Rachel completed a one-year general practice residency at the University of Minnesota. She joined the team at Elite Smiles Little Chute in February 2022, replacing Dr. Mark Lenz after his retirement.
Dr. Rachel chose to go into dentistry because she wanted to help people look and feel their best and realized the importance of oral health in keeping the whole body healthy. She also enjoys that dentistry is always changing and evolving, giving her the opportunity to learn new things every day. The highlight of her workday is watching patients feel more confident and comfortable. Dr. Rachel is a member of the ADA and WDA and looks forward to opportunities to continue her education.
When Dr. Rachel isn’t practicing dentistry, she enjoys running, playing the violin, cross stitch embroidery, and trying to keep house plants alive. She is currently looking for a local musical organization to join that would allow her to play her violin more, so if you know of any, feel free to share next time you are in! Dr. Rachel is excited to be back in the Fox Cities and close to her family again.
